 I am not where I hoped I'd be, but have definitely made some results. My weight loss has kind of stalled, but I am still losing fat and gaining muscle. I hoped to be a little further along, but when compared to how I looked in February, I think I am at least making progress. Just have to keep going and really stay on top of my cardio. |
