Tonight me and rob did crossfit with Toni and her husband Joe, and all i can say is WOW!!! i didnt realize my body could handle any of that, or do any of that, and watching her run throught it was amazing. it was almost like nothing to her. i was panting but i kept going...and it didnt hit me till i got home. my body is like WHY??? haha. but i love it.
Rob likes to call it "backyard nightmare" haha. he loved it too.
i cant thank toni and joe enough on inviting us to their home and helping us.
And yes, i got my ass handed to me tonight!!! |
