Workout Guide

What motivated you to this workout guide? Was it the desire to make the commitment to yourself to make time, train hard, eat right and push yourself to be the best that you can be? It seems that the hardest thing to do is make up your mind that you are tired of settling for mediocrity, or even less. Max Muscle wants to help you discover a new you: a person who is not just average, but someone who stands apart, someone who looks and feels great. Whether your goal is to become a champion bodybuilder or to just be the best that you can be, the MaxFormation program is a resource that will have you well on your way to success.

Over the past 16 years I’ve had the opportunity to train with some of the world’s top professional athletes, as well as bodybuilders. Having trained to compete as a college and professional athlete, as well as a competitive bodybuilder, has encouraged me to share my knowledge and teach you how to get the most from your training program.* One of the rewards of being the Chairman and CEO of Max Muscle is that I have been able to experience hundreds of physique transformations of customers who have frequented our retail stores since 1990. I have combined this experience with my own personal knowledge to create what I feel is a powerful training program that will enable both experienced and novice trainers to get results rapidly and safely.
