Updates And Pics

I really am having to increase my cardio this week. I have a very long lists of must be done this week. I started to let some other things slide to keep up on this transformation. I had to re organize some things and get back on top of my schedule. My gains are coming even if slowly. I have to stay focused and driven. I keep telling my self this contest is the start of my transformation this is a life change. My focus is forward and my short term goals. My long term goal is my health and feeling strong again. I will get some new pictures taken at the gym and get them posted hopefully this week. I am going to have my body fat done with calipers my trainer and the mm team really feel I am losing body fat and the scale is not measuring correctly. Since my strength is increasing and my clothes are baggy something is working. My muscle tone is improving and my body is changing. I am very excited now to see the changes. My goals this month are small and obtainable but as I knock them off one by one I'm that much closer to the bigger goals. Hope you are all doing well |
