Activity Level: TRAINING SCHEDULE: SUNDAY: Rest MONDAY: Back/Bi/Ham/Cardio/Abs TUESDAY: Quads/Calves/Cardio/Abs WEDNESDAY: Chest/Shoulders/Tri/Cardio/Abs THURSDAY: Back/Bi/Ham/Cardio/Abs FRIDAY: Quads/Calves/Cardio/Abs SATURDAY: Chest/Shoulders/Tri/Cardio/Abs **Warm up/cool down/stretching with each workout** NOTE: Schedule may vary i.e. split AM/PM same day workout, races (running/cycling etc..) are normally on SATURDAY or SUNDAY, Cardio varies in time/intensity i.e. Boot Camp, boxing, kick boxing class, spinning class, plyometrics, bike trainer, cycling & P90X DVDs, running and will start incorporating swimming in the summer, etc...). I try to stay consistent with the schedule of working muscle groups at least 2X a week allowing 2 days recovery before working that particular muscle group. Need to work on stretching and flexibility. Here are a list of races for this year: 15K Xterra Trail Race, Camp Pendleton Hard Corps Race Series (Bulldog Bike Race, Mud Run, Devil Dog Duathlon, Buffalo Alley trail run,etc..), Boot Camp Challenge, Gran Fondo metric century bike ride, Tour de Cure 70MI bike ride, Warrior Dash, Muddy Buddy, Spring Sprint Triathlon, Cycle Eastlake metric century, Bike the Bay ride, Triple Crown Half Marathon Series, 1/2 Marathon Inline Speedskating, 3 day Cycling for Site 220MI ride, etc.....WORKOUT ROUTINES: Routines change with each workout and with different variations. Routines include warm up sets, supersets, drop and burnout sets. Rep ranges are 8-10, 10-12 or 15. Working with a trainer at 24 HR Fitness includes heavier weights and use of a variety of gym equipment. Working out at home is done with dumbbells, bands and a pullup/dip bar.
