I get plenty of cardio with spin/kickboxing classes and the following races coming up: 15K Xterra Trail Race, various Camp Pendleton Races (Bulldog Bike Race, Mud Run, Devil Dog Duathlon, Buffalo Alley trail run,etc..), Boot Camp Challenge, Gran Fondo metric century bike ride, Tour de Cure 70MI bike ride, Warrior Dash, Muddy Buddy, Spring Sprint Triathlon, BIke the Bay ride, Triple Crown Half Marathon Series, 1/2 Marathon Inline Speedskating, 3 day Cycling for Site 220MI ride, etc..... Planning Meals: 6 meals & 1700 total calories each day, supplements: Max Pro, Max Glutamine, ThermXX, EXT, Max EFA, Max Green Synergy, Multi Vitamin/calcium, L-Carnitine, L-Arginine, Accelerade, Torque, Gu, Shot Blocks, Soy Protein, Egg Whites.
