Still trying to figure it all out? Here are some tips to get your started:

Eat every 2-3 hours (divide your meals into "snacks" like a handful of carrots and a couple of tablespoons of hummus or a bowl of oatmeal and a sprinkling of nuts and berries) and exercise every other day. Get plenty of rest. Reward yourself with something that is not related to food (i.e. a good book, a movie, or a soak in the tub). Most of all, be kind to yourself.
