New Week, New Workout & New Pics

Happy Monday everyone! It's been awhile since I've posted anything...been busy writing my thesis! I can proudly say that I only have about a day of writing left to finish....YES!
Are you ready for a new week? I'm ready to hit it straight on with all I have! I started a new workout today...very intense bodybuilding workout of 6 days on, 1 day rest x 5 weeks! So, it's time to get serious and get shredded!
Today's workout was awesome! My trainer had to work at the gym so I worked out on my own! Thanks to my FBE, XTR, JAMMIN MUSIC...I KICKED SOME #@! I think I even grunted a couple times (seriously). I really had to push it...and I did just that!
My workout today was Back & Bis consisting of supersets of 5,12,5,12,5,40,5,12,5,40,5 x2 sets
Then to end the workout, I did dumbell presses with dumbell curls...100 of each!
I'm sure I'll be really sore tomorrow...ya think? And tomorrow goes into another 3 body parts...YIKES!
Anyways, I posted this months pics. My last ones were posted in January and I plan to post monthly to see my changes!
