Keeping It Going

Ok so this week has been rough at work but its made me work harder in the gym. I've been able to blow off steam and stress. My nutrition is back on track I actually cooked my meals again. I did back and bis tonte and have a major leg workout for tomorrow. I remember my trainer saying something about to failure. I hope to get some pictures of this workout. I added a new supplement max lean pm and its working like a charm, my sleep has been much better. I'm very glad this one was recommended. I have an animal rescue event this weekend, some charity events coming up. I'm thinking of doing bloomsday with my trainer. If I can get myself balanced enough on a bike might do a mini tri. I hope you all are doing well.
