This Weeks New Workout

So ths week has been a test for me in the gym. I've passed this test lots of new exercises were added in. My trainer has only had to watch and says I'm improving alot. He said that my body is starting to change quickly so this workout should help with the changes I am looking for. We are adding in some supplements next week and I am looking forward to upcoming events I have entered. Tonite at he gym there is a group training for an upcoming show. They came over and complimented me on progress and my workout. I'm finding myself excited about going to the gym. It sure is nice to be excited about something again. Tomorrow is deadlifts with my trainer think I might tell him its time to add in lunges and hit my legs hard. Dancing sat nite for 3-4 hours will cover my cardio. Hope you all have a great weekend.

DeeOwens said.. The gym is a GREAT place to get kudos and motivation...I don't know how you can get in the zone without it (you know the smell of sweat and all - hahah) . Keep on keepin on!! Hugs

Dakelly said.. Your dancing Saturday night sounds like fun cardio! I hate lunges, and just started doing deadlifts. Been doing the incline on the treadmill though. You have a great weekend too.
