A mother of 2 boys (11& 6) married for 10 years (April 1st) work as inside sales in STL. Love to dance, and have a great time with friends. give me great music and great friends and we can have a good time for sure. Former cheerleader for professional sports teams in STL (in-line hockey, soccor etc)a long time ago but still love to dance.
My goal this time around is to actually reach my goal of my first ever figure competition and TO WIN!!

WOO HOO!!! That is FANTASTIC!!! Way to go lady! I am doing well...Sore legs from Monday and Tuesday...Took yesterday off. Also because I have a monthy disorder that keeps me down. (Menorrhagia and Dysmenorrhea). Had to miss weigh in and woek out with Jill today as well, but I will be back at it tomorrow! I have to listen to my body...Have a fab weekend girl!! xoxoxo

Hey girl!! I've been having trouble logging on to my max page, so sorry for the delay in answering... I like to KNOW what I'm going to do in the gym before getting there, that way I can know I"m hitting all the body parts I need to and can go when I'm done...
I like to split body parts up into 4 days usually... Hitting one or two body parts per day..
I will start with large muscle groups first and then move to smaller muscle groups.
