Mcstrick said.. Diana, Awesome! I can't wait to see your new pics. You are at where I want to be at the end of my 12 weeks. If you could give me some advice, what worked/didn't work for you? You cut back on your cardio at some point right? How long are your workouts? Were there any specific products that really made a difference in your results?

Dakelly said.. I post all my workouts on my Profile Page, please check it out. I have added more cardio, not decreased it - but I do HIIT for part of the time, and the rest of the time, I make sure I'm in my heart rate range for fat burning. I think I plateaued in the 4th week, so I added a cardio split, started taking FBX and Extinguisher pre-workout and protein immediately after. My weekday looks something like this but my hours at work are usually crazy: 5:30am - 40 min treadmill 7:30 - drinking my protein shake on way to work (recipe in my articles) 7:45 - start my desk job (I do go to a LOT of meetings) 10:00 - eat a snack - almonds, protein drink, peanut butter (LOVE skippy's natural) 12:30 - lunch bring leftovers usually, turkey loin and salad or a yam 4:30 - preworkout drink and gym for 2 body parts weight lifting and 40 min elliptical, post drink 6:00 - dinner with hubby, same as lunch 9:00 - if didn't do elliptical at gym - 40 min treadmill, adding more ab work in too (hate that) 10:00- protein drink if I didn't go over my calories (I am at 1900/day) and take Leanse and Clean? 10:45- sleep, interrupted by trips to the bathroom and my cats! I LOVE MaxPro banana and couldn't live without it! And the preworkout drink is awesome. I just started ThermX and DeFine green apple (yummy).

I am doing some things a little differently, especially with trying to gain muscle at the same time I am losing fat so the workouts are a bit different. I like your summary of your day too.
