Diana's Week 12

I started week 12 with a new workout plan that I got off the internet, but I am already adjusting it to fit my needs. Drastically. It calls for 3-4 sets of 10 reps each. Well, I just don't feel like that will get my lifts improved and I want to increase my strength right now. So I am still doing the exercises they have, and tweaking the reps and adding some things here and there.
Thursday I had Steve do my measurements and I was very pleased with the Body Fat going down yet again! The tape measure was kind to me too. The most difference is where it was needed, the abs,waist area. This week will be dedicated to the abs/butt, actually the next four as I'm going on vacation end of March.
Here are the numbers:
Starting weight 180
Weight today 166
Starting BF % - 26.1
BF % now - 13.68%
Site testing, beginning & today:
Tricep - 15/4
Illiac Crest - 22/12
Thigh - 20/8
Chest - 7/4
Abdomen - 30/12
Subscapula - 17/8
Axila - 20/6.5
Measurements, beginning & today:
Chest - 40.75/38
Waist - 37/32.5
Bicep - 11.5/12 & 5/8
Forearm - 9.25/10
Hips - 40.75/36
Thigh - 23/22
Calf - 14.25/14.25
Lean Mass is 144.33 lbs and Fat Mass is 22.87 lbs. How cool is that? I've lost 12.42% in body fat since the contest began!!
I love my products and just started ThermX this past week. I want to thank everyone for posting their pictures, they REALLY give me extra incentive to PUSH harder. Everyone is doing a GREAT job and I have great admiration for everyone who has taken this challenge to heart!! I know I have and will be a winner no matter what!!
