Planning Meals:

Plan to eat mainly oatmeal for breakfast - but on occasions, will enjoy egg yolks with spinach or fruits; mainly vegetables & lean poultry for lunch with some red meat in there at least 1x week; mainly salmon & sweet potatoes for dinner w/green vegetables or salad - and for snacks, fruits & nuts
