WEEK 4 STATS…
Start date 1/20/10 - Week 4; 2/17/10
Weight: 187.5 – 181.2 = 6.3# lost
Neck: 15 - 14 = 1” lost
Chest: 41 - 39.5 = 1.5” lost
Waist: 38 – 36 = 2” lost
Navel: 39.5* - 39 = .5” lost
Hips: 38 - 37 = 1” lost
Thigh (L): 23* - 21 = 2” lost
Arm (L): 14* – 12.5 = 1.5” lost
BF%: 39.45 -35.28 = 4.17% lost (bf% previously listed wrong)
*Note: navel, thigh & arm first measured at 2-1/2 weeks, therefore the lost shown was accomplished in just 1-1/2 weeks… yeah!!
My weight went up 1.2 # from 1-1/2 wk ago, so I’m thinking maybe I wasn’t getting enough protein and good carbs, which I noticed from tracking everything I eat. I’ve started to consume more of both so that should be resolved. When it’s all said and done, I’m 6.3# lighter, lost 4.7% bf and at least 9.5” … so I am absolutely jazzed!! I’ve posted my pictures.
The picture above is me and one of my very good friends and co-worker, Amrit. She's a big supporter as well and encourages me every day.
