I've been completely in love with Jeep Wrangler 4x4's for over 25 years and have never owned one......it's my dream to have a Yellow Rubicon with Max Muscle all over it! Jeep is the only true Muscle Machine!!!.....there's only one jeep.....no substitute!
I love Adventure Sports! I have a long list of things i want to do. I've been to just shy of 10,000 feet on Mount Rainier and would love to hit that mark! Bungee jumping in New Zealand, Zip Lines in Costa Rica, i could go on and on.......I want to LIVE!!!!
OMG! I love Sports Cars (i have a serious car fettish!) I love to Drive Fast...my G6 GTP glides at 100+.

Fear of Change
Fear of change can keep you in a soul-crushing job, a bad relationship, or a physically destructive lifestyle. Ask yourself; is the devil-you-know approach good enough for you? michele, nice to hear from you. I got a correct body fat reading I'm at 21.86 not 30. I am getting stronger. The scale is staying the same. I am getting new exercises added in. I'm a little confused as to add a bunch of cardio or just do the 25 min a day. I need to burn the body fat on my legs so my leg workout is going to be twice a week. I'm hoping increasing my strength in my legs will turn up my own metabalisim. Any suggestions you have are always welcomed. Hope you and mike are well.

Alright Michele, you asked for it! I started a new weightlifting program for the next 4 weeks and it calls for 4 sets of 10. I am used to doing pyramid reps with increasing weights trying to get at least 4 reps on last set. With this program what weight should I be starting/ending with, to get 10 reps in each set? For example, I start flat bench press (after warm up) with 65 for 12, 85 for 10, 95 for 8, and 110 for at least 4. Should I just be doing 85 for 10 reps each time? Or should I even care? Haha.

Hello! I've only been at 20% for 3 weeks...so not bad! I'm really seeing alot of definition and muscle gain this week! They seem to be popping out everywhere and it seems like I'm dropping the fat in chunks:) I just started Therm X with my define last week and I can tell it's kicking in! I'm only doing 20 min on the arc pre-workout (high incline/high resistance). I also do 30-45 min of riding my bike on trainer in the evening...depending on how strong of a workout I have during the day! Tonite, I'm hitting the sack early...sore & tired as heck! I will e-mail you my workout & numbers today...crazy as heck! I know that this workout is working great...I can really see the difference! I'm on it with journalling my diet & exercise this week to see how much difference it makes. My scale has gone down 2 lbs too since last Wed....:) So, be looking for an e-mail...let me know what you think!

Hi Michele! Any ideas on breaking this 20% BF plateau. I've increased my weights this week and am getting stronger. Started ThermX w/ my define in am/pm. Also added FBE, Iso protein, and EXT for preworkout. I try not to pay attention to the numbers as I can see it in my pics...hard as a female not too!

I've been able to add in Gleutamine. Will be going for body fat this week. Let's see how well my body likes me!

Finding out through all of this, how "focused" I have become. "Focus" may enter "determination". I've come to realize that all around me, if I don't know how these two words inter relate in their lives. About Focus and determination. I cannot underestimate such elements.

Hi Michele! How have you been?? I must say that the last time we communicated, I was at a plateau and your motivation and tips on the FBX really helped! I never did get the CX3 - was it? My MM guy said they were out of stock and I've forgotten about it since. My split cardios and the FBX helped me break the plateau! I told my store manager to get you to the Bellevue store for a visit!!!! I would love to meet you in person. Take care!!

Thanks for the kind words Michele, your right I already do feel like a winner. I was weighing 265 back in August 09 when I started training again. I'm now down to
232 lbs. and counting. I'm feeling great and loving life again... Thanks for your support. By the way, you do know I'm also from Moline, and I relocated to Arizona in 2006. I still have all my family back home, but I don't make it home that often.

The Introduction from Wisdom of Wolves
The attitude of the wolf can be summed up simply: it is a constant visualization of success.
The collective wisdom of wolves has been progressively programmed into their genetic makeup throughout the centuries.
Wolves have mastered the technique of focusing their energies toward the activities that will lead to the accomplishment of their goals.
Wolves do not aimlessly run around their intended victims, yipping and yapping. They have a strategic plan and execute it through constant communication. When the moment of truth arrives, each understands his role and understands exactly what the pack expects of him.
The wolf does not depend on luck. The cohesion, teamwork and training of the pack determines whether the pack lives or dies.
There is a silly maxim in some organizations that everyone, to be a valuable member, must aspire to be the leader.
This is personified by the misguided CEO who says he only hires people who say they want to take his job. Evidently, this is supposed to ensure that the person has ambition, courage, spunk, honesty, drive - whatever. In reality, it is simply a contrived situation, with the interviewee jumping through the boss's hoops.
It sends warnings of competition and one-up-manship throughout the organization rather than signals of cooperation, teamwork and loyalty.
Everyone does not strive to be the leader in the wolf pack. Some are consummate hunters or caregivers or jokesters, but each seems to gravitate to the role he does best. This is not to say there are not challenges to authority, position and status - there are.
But each wolf's role begins emerging from playtime as a pup and refines itself through the rest of its years. The wolf's attitude is always based upon the question, "What is best for the pack?" This is in marked contrast to us humans, who will often sabotage our organizations, families or businesses, if we do not get what we want.
Wolves are seldom truly threatened by other animals.
By constantly engaging their senses and skills, they are practically unassailable. They are masters of planning for the moment of opportunity to present itself, and when it does, they are ready to act.
Because of training, preparation, planning, communication and a preference for action, the wolf's expectation is always to be victorious.
While in actuality this is true only 10 percent of the time or less, the wolf's attitude is always that success will come-and it does.

michele, I am wondering what to add to my stack. I am losing inches, gaining strength but not losing much in body fat. I use hi 5 w flax, glutimine, egg whites, define 8, extends pre work out, max pro and glutimine post workout. I am thinking of adding fbx caffine free., and possibly thermxx. I can not take gel caps at all. Was wondering what you would suggest. Thank you

Thanks for the information! I have noticed that trying different things is what makes it work! Today I tried something different in the am (especially since I had to wake up at 0400) and will take Delite in early afternoon...am-Just 1 Therm X (instead of full dose @2) & Femme Lean; 1100:preworkout took FBE, Iso w/ EXT 3pm: Delite. Today was the 1st day I tried FBE. It worked great preworkout...had the best workout ever! Workouts have been going great...continuing to build more muscle & strength. I can really tell in my arms & back! I still am shooting for arms like yours:) I weigh & measure Monday and will send you stats.

Long time no talk! I was wondering if the FBE can be taken with the Delite. I've been taking the Femme Lean w/ Delite in the am. Pre-workout I've been using Iso w/EXT. I get a little boost but feel like I could use more. The EXT has been amazing on my lean muscle growth and I do feel like I can lift more...just need more of a boost! The exercise regimen has been going great! I get weighed/measured on Monday...very excited to see the results. I can feel it in my clothes and the way my muscles are defining....LOVE IT! It'd be great if you could come over to WA...East & West. I'll have to talk with Harry & Teresa!

Thanks for the information! I'm heading to the MM store tonight and will pick that up. What online training do you offer? I'm improving on my squats and leg press each time by at least 5-10 pounds. I'm trying to increase my bench and bicep curls. The scale is still not moving so Adam from the store said maybe I need to increase my caloric intake as I could be hanging onto them since I'm working out so hard... I don't know, all I do know is that I have confidence in the process and it's got me back in the gym where I LOVE it! I will definitely tell these guys to get you out here. I would love to meet you!!

Hi Michele! Is there a MM product you would recommend for women for "keeping" muscle when you're dieting down? Danny J said she takes Cellucor M5 but didn't know if MM made something similar. I want biceps as big as yours!!! I know men seem to have a bunch of different products, but didn't know if it was safe for us to take as well... I'm guessing not so much. Thanks!

WHEN DO YOU KNOW

When do you know, that you want to go work out? Is it more than just scheduling of it's "time to go workout"!
Is it "boring" at the thought? Or inspired because you're now knowing something "huge" is about to change inside of you, and occur to a total and new you!
Has the weather shared it's shadows of the clouds or do you still want to go to the gym in the rain or sunshine?
Do you wait until your "favorite" short or "T-shirt" is out of the dryer first? Or do you just jump into anything?
To jump at a chance where your body is craving the new workout?
What do you do to your body?
Feed it water, if any?
How much?
That lingering question which poses another for what do I eat, how much, when?
Sounds like a novel of a mystery saga.
Have you allowed anyone into your inner circle, yet!
To hold that word "accountability" up and point it in your direction? Or does it seem like a mirror advancing towards you, and can you handle the mirror now?
As you've avoided the mirror before.
It showing the truth and flaws and change from a body over whelmed with weight.
Now pursuing an adventure where weight loss is giving way to healthy choices and a perspective that it seems like anything is obtainable. Even if for one moment, that is attain your moments in the gym towards the new you!
Well, what are you waiting for? Go get your shoes on!
Let's do it people! Grab your music, your inspiration, Jillian or your trainers voice and stick it in your ear and turn up the volume!
Not that loud, you'll get hard of hearing! :)

Hey Michelle, it's great to see what an inspiration you are to so many people - you are one lucky gal to have walked in to Max Muscle and have Scott and Karen as your nutrition specialists and congratulations on your accomplishments as well. It's great that you are involved with them and helping to grow their business as well as furthering your career as a fitness enthusiast (junkie) and becoming a certified sports nutrition specialist yourself. What a great feeling it is to help people get healthy and feel good about themselves. Make sure you do your best to keep Scott humble - it's no easy job :o)

Thanks so much...I really needed that! I hear so many things for everywhere and I need to put the trust in my trainers instead of listening to others. I think I've heard about 7 different comments about cardio... As far as burning the calories (fat) I can do that on the arc x 30 min as it works the H@@# out of my quads. I don't do this on my weight training days as it fatigues my legs too much! In 30 min, I burn over 600 cals working at 10 incline/75 resistance. The max is 10 incline/100 resistance. I am also working on setting up a cross training in my back acreage...hopefully the weather clears up a little! I've gotten a tractor tire, log, rope ladder, 50 lb sandbags, and 30 lb containers (for carrying).

I loved watchihg your video. I can not wait to feel that awesome feeling you describe as complete and total wellness! I have a lot of weight to lose. I am just trying really hard to stay possitive. I have 3 small children and I work as a hairdressor which means I am on my fet all day. My biggest challenge is the eating just because I get so busy during the day it is hard to eat! I love the workout plan! Very sore but feeling great...the hot tub is my best friend everynight! Will get my 5s weights done on Saturday and will be ready to start the official 1st run of 15s on Monday! I'm also training with Brian (my trainer) on Tues & Thurs on isolated muscles. I've turned into a gym junkie...LOVE IT!
