Good to hear from you. Dont get to upset with your weight. I have found if you want to keep your muscle you need to lose the weight slowly. That will allow you to keep building muscle at the same time. So if your lose 10 pounds in three months but you gained even five pounds of muscle you will look completely different. If you look at the before and after pictures in my max muscle article I only weigh 15 pounds less in the after picture. Keep it up your doing good.

Hey kiddo, oh to be turning 30 again!! Thanks for the positive comments. I'm trying really hard. I love my pre-workout cocktail too. Do you drink it each time before you do two a days, even if one is only cardio I wonder????

For sure!!! You have to get a firm grip all the way around and planting your feet slightly back towards your torso. Also, a very slight arch in your back is good, but keep your butt on the bench and plant your shoulder blades firmly on the bench. I can also do single tricep pushdowns, single cable back rows and who know what else. But the key is that, know matter what I do, hand grip strength is always a part of the equation.

Hey how is it going? On your bench press increasing - You look like you have a strong build. Triceps can sometimes be a sticking point if you are not really strong on that muscle it will slow down your progress on flat bench. Decline does use tricep even more so that may not be a problem. Rear deltoid also effects your flat bench. If you seemed to have stopped increasing then change up your routine a little. Change the order that you do your workout. If you are doing flat, then decline, then incline change the order that you are doing them. Increase your rest in between your sets on your flat bench so you can go as heavy as possible for your flat bench. Change up your rep count. If you have been doing 8-10 change it to 5-7 or try to go a little higher rep for two weeks. Then go back to low rep. Or you could try to pyrimid up going to one to two rep sets. So just pick out one idea out of all that and change your routine for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Keep in mind that if you increase your rest periods you do not burn as much fat as you lift. I always go with a low amount of rest because I am always trying to cut up. But when I do flat bench right now I reat a little extra because I have a family bench press contest coming up at my superbowl party so I am trying to get my max up their for that. I am lifting 5-7 rep sets right now everytime I lift flat bench. I do superset it with a decline fly in the 8-10 rep count. I do four sets before I move on to the next part of my chest workout. I do a ab set in between every superset on my chest day. My chest workout right now is twenty sets twice a week. I work triceps the same day as chest 12 sets right after I finish chest.

Thank you for the nice comment on my article. I just posted a new pic of my Dad and I on there...Had to resize it. Salem, OR Fire is the same...Private ambulance service here as well. But they do try to respond to medical calls before the others! I think the fire depts are a little sour at the city changing everything over the last few years. Have a great weekend!

Fernando today I'm eating it wityh rice but that's cause Im feeling small. Yes, you want to lose more body fat avoid all white rice, potatoes, pasta, bread. On occassion have brown rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes but again to increase results try to avoid. Your body does get used to it. I have more energy when I dont eat starches but my workouts are not as powerful. You gotta play with the carbs.

Thanks for positive comments. Remember create some long term habits that will get you where you want to be for a lifetime. Right now I am working on getting in the best shape of my life for when I turn fifty in three and half years. I have a lot of goals that go along with that. Your stack looks good for building muscle. You bodyfat should go down if you just hit it hard and hit on your eating.

I usally do eat it straight from the can followed by a good handful of walnuts. You might do a bit mayo and a bunch of cutup celery. The main thing is staying away from the bread, crackers, or other processed carbs. Try it out!!
