I am glad to hear that you are back at it. I have been working hard since January 4th. I have had to take some time to recoup a couple times, but all in all it is going well. One of these days I will post some before pictures. Need to figure out how to get those shrunk down apparently. However, they may scare small children and animals so lookout!!! lol

I'm still making it to the gym and I'm starting to see results. I just have to keep telling myself that I put this weight on over the span of 5 months and that I can't expect it to just disappear in one month! (Sure would be nice though!!!)

Wow! It's been a while since I posted anything on here. Today was my first day back at the gym. Definitely have my work cut out for me. December was not a good month but I only have myself to blame; well, that and mother nature too with all the snow she dumped on us!
