Ugh, so yesterday was no fun! I was getting sick so I went to bed around 8pm without blogging and didn't wake up till 8am this morning! I think I am feeling better...Here is what I did yeste... Full Article

Goals:
1) To consistently use Max Muscle products along with a steady and rigorous workout regimen and meal plans (5-6 meals a day). 2) Document my intake of Max Muscle products, workouts, what I eat, and how I feel daily in public articles. 3) Feel better about my body, feel stronger, have more energy, lose weight, lose fat lbs, and serve as an inspiration for others. 4) Lose about 2.5% body fat every month... thats around 26lbs of pure fat in 5 months. So by the end of the 5 months of training I would like to be at a healthy weight of around 136 lbs... and then after the 5 months work to maintain a weight between 135 and 140 lbs (unless I plan to compete in a fitness competition).
Activity Level:
Starting 1/4/2010 with a rigorous activity level.
Planning Meals:
5-6 meals a day planned 3 days ahead of time!

Maria Adelus is getting pumped and ready for spin class! Then off to fuel up with some MM protein! Had a great bootcamp this AM- LOTS of abs with weights and uphill sprints! That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

LOVE MY MM PRODUCTS!

I booked my FIRST personal training session for tomorrow! YAY! I am SO PUMPED to learn more! I booked 5 sessions with a wonderful and inspiration lady who has done quite a few figure competitions. She has also trained other girls for their competitions. I am planning on signing up for a competition hopefully this week that will be sometime after the Maxformation! MY VERY FIRST FIGURE COMPETITION :) SO EXCITED AND PUMPED! ALSO, I LOVE MY MM YOHIMBE PRODUCT! It's great for me because I am sensitive to stimulants... and it has reacted well thus far with me! I can't WAIT to see its results for fat loss! Here is what I did today:
6:00AM: (overslept and missed my bootcamp): 1 apple
6:30AM: did my OWN bootcamp!
7:30AM: 40 min cycling
9:00AM: MM breakfast protein shake with almond milk
12:00PM: 1 apple, 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
2:00PM: chicken and brown rice
4:30PM: carrots, almonds, and 2 tbsp hummus
7:00PM: 1 scp maxpro, 1 scp glutamine, water
8:45PM: 4oz fish and broccoli
