FINDING PEACE AMONGST THE SWEAT AND TEARS

March 9, 2010

Not because of flawed logic but because of bad information (growing up as a kid and into adult staging).
My life, it's inner harboring, asking of "Am I good enough for this?"
"YES"! More than anything before, now is the time!
My "food intake" was way off. Now, during these months behind and ahead are with "information", and Max Formation inside my being.
I am with the consequence that I don’t know when to give up. (I suppose that "stubborn" streak inside me mom said I have).
( let me sit in the sauna - again - to think about this).
Though, I hadn't come to fully take stock in the healthy fact: I know that I have become competent but have neither the drive nor the aptitude to become excellent.
I’m not, by the way, saying I do. Am just sheer determined to "go the second mile"! To "work my butt" off (or is it skinny)! In my tears of my sweat there have been, and
I wonder of mediocrity in most endeavours (alas, that’s another topic, but I am not being facetious). I only strive for excellence in a couple of areas and, through long practice and much suffering.
I have perhaps arrived in one or two areas.
Mostly, though, I had come to (of my past to accept) an arena that this low level of mediocrity in my own life.
Now, I cannot: for the simple reason that I understand how many calories are required for a state change and I know that I can only pour those calories into a few things and I had better be sure they really matter.
540 calories hurts! And if any one is right, more won’t help anyway. What is required is different.
Is it worth it to try to make the water boil? (212 degree's)

Fear of Change
Fear of change can keep you in a soul-crushing job, a bad relationship, or a physically destructive lifestyle. Ask yourself; is the devil-you-know approach good enough for you? Is your life making you happy? If you answered no to either of those questions, WHAT do you have to lose by embracing change?
The truth is, things should be changing — your body is changing, your habits are changing, your attitude is changing. This might be the point where, because of so much change, you're starting to freak out a little bit. You might be asking yourself, What will all this change mean — to my life's direction, my relationships, my identity?
LAST CHANCE WORK OUT!
See my new photos!

Days go by and the unwanted pounds come off as the muslces start to move in.
It is a great feeling to have when you work hard to achieve your goals and beyond. It is also a great feeling to be healthy and fit. Lets not be physical for the wrong reason, but for the right one and that is for yourself.
Motto for today:
FEAR IS NOTHING MORE THAN AN EXCUSE THAT KEEPS YOU FROM YOUR PATH OF SUCCESS AND GLORY

Another good day for a workout. I am seeing some results right now. So far so good. I dropped 3 pounds of fat and I am ready to drop more. It may be hard but not impossible. The weekend is here and the temptation is right beside it. Everybody wants to let their hair down and have a good time. Lets all be responsible when we do it. Don't over indulge. Especially if you want to acheive your physical goal. Have a great weekend
