mandy, hi first get together for the local formation contestants at the mm store feb 6th sat. between 3-4. If you don't have your starting pics with the newspaper done they can do them for you at the store. Hope to see you there.

Hey NW girl!! How has your weekend been??? Mine has been great. Today is my one rest day I get, so I am blogging and saying hello to all my friends. I hope I can help in any way with pics. I had the same issues. You have to actually go in and resize them. They have to be 1600 X 1600 pixels. HAs nothing to do with camera settings. Hope this helps!! Hey guys, haven't been feeling too hot lately. Been running into trouble... I eat AMAZING during the day, but I've figured out I don't get enough calories during the day, so after work when i get home, I am starving and tend to eat WAY too many calories =/ I found a site that could help me out... I'm in my last semester at WSU (Riverpoint) for my Family Nurse Practitioner....very excited to be done! Keep the motivation to get back into school...time passes too quickly! Were do you do hip-hop dance at? Did you mention that you go to a gym? I'd love to get together at MM one day and go over what we're doing. When you download your pics, make sure you reduce the image size or they won't load.

I am no computer guru, but I imagine you have a digital camera with pics downloaded onto your computer somewhere? You go to My Account and click on add pictures and browse through the photos you have on your computer. Does that help???? Weigh in probably at least once a week, some people prefer daily weigh ins but you shouldn't rely too much on the scale. Your MM store can do your bodyfat and you should have that done at least once a month. Pictures once a month to show progress. The first set should be with the newspaper to show proof of start date. Hope this helps!!

Hi Mandy, Have you talked to your MM guys about your body weight and fat goals? They sound realistic to me; however, they could give you a solid confirmation on those goals. Sounds like you are well on your way to those 6 pack abs!!!!! Keep up the good work.

Hi Mandy! That is so cool you can work out with your boyfriend that early in the morning. I leave my sleeping husband in bed and workout downstairs. Oh well. I think your goals are realistic. Did you get the MaxForm Your Life book at MM when you got your supplements? It has success stories in it.

Just an update.. so I was thinking about it, and I believe my goals are I want to be 125 lbs. (on a 5'2" frame I don't think that's bad?) and like 12 to 15 percent body fat. Does that sound realistic? I thought so, but if there's something way off about that, let me know!!

So I'm getting pretty accustomed to waking up every morning at 5am to go workout (lift for half and hour and cardio half an hour) and when I do, I have so much energy throughout the day! But this morning, we decided to sleep in, and as of right now I am so exhausted! I didn't even do anything at work, it was a very slow day. So, I'm seeing a pattern here. I haven't changed my eating habits from a normal workout day (high quality food like complex carbs and lean proteins with greens, plus my awesome Max supps!) but I seem to get an extra kick out of the day when I do the morning routine of working out. Also, I've been doing my routine for about two weeks now, and I'm already starting to see a difference in my arms (my favorite body part to workout!). I know that even with being a professional dancer(HipHop) it's SO not enough. And I'm finding that I really missed the gym! My boyfriend Josh also goes with me every morning. He's good motivation because he's already more fit than I am, so it's a good friendly competition. Plus, I like to think I keep his spirits up when he gets down on himself (not too often does that happen). We like to talk about how sore we are, or how hard we hit cardio that morning. He wants to be able to run a mile in like 4min again, and I want to have that Hip Hop body I should, plus do a figure competition within this calendar year. It's so funny, I can't wait for payday so I can go buy more healthy food and supplements! Clothes don't fit up to my standard yet so that'll be an excitement later on this year.. Hopefully by my birthday!

I'm pretty excited to do this! Some ppl know that in 2008 I decided I wanted to train for a figure competition, but with being a full time student, working full time and working out three times a day.. Just didn't work out for me. And I've been kicking myself ever since!!! So this time, I'm determined to not let anything derail me in my quest for fitness!! I'm a Hip Hop performer, and I don't think it's very flattering when I want to move in one direction and my stomach is moving in another =/ I'm determined!!! =)
