Just a word of encourage to anyone that is reading this: Even if you messed up your day yesterday,(junk food, bad snack, didn't workout or complete the workout), Don't let that dictate what you do today. Please jump back in to your routine. Don't let yesterday defeat you. We all have bad days and all too often that ONE bad day can turn into a wasted week (I'll start again Monday). Today, Today, Today is the day to start again. Have a great MAX Day everyone. |
