Got call in last night to work so Im a little tired. I was about to get a 5 hour nap this morning and I'm back at work now. Had a deliciouse lean turkey meat sandwhich with a little mustard. I eat a bowl of Apple Jacks this morning, I know bad Rob, bad Rob. I will diffinately burn it off at the Turbo Kick Boxing class tonight. Have the itch to get back into the ring and box or BJJ. Just trying to save money right now. Not going to go to crazy with the wieghts tonight. Will try to put in a double work out tomorrow.

Started training the beginning of this year. I was wieghing around 210 and feeling pretty run down. I started running, lots of cardio and lifting heavy wieghts. I will be working at a desk for the next year and a half so I diffinantely wanted to start watching what I was eating and excersing. I am down to 200lbs now and I feel GOOOD!!!

My stack is Anabol Cuts, Full Blown Extreme, Max Clense and Lean, and Ultra Lean FX. Of course plenty of protien in my diet, eating good fats and complex carbs, and Im eating for energy and not for liesure. I try to keep a bag of veggies or almonds with me instead of eating the pastries and treats that people bring into the office.

I do have to say, excercising with supplements have made a big difference for me. I have been a critic of it all but thanks to Pierre at Max Muscle Brentwood, I think Im on the right track. Im not trying to be a fitness model, but rather a model of good health.

Well, going to hit my FBX and head to the gym.-Rob
