Hi Shelby, you're pics are awesome. I want to look like you:) What is your workout routine like? How did you develop your shoulders? I had a rotater cuff injury a few years ago and I have been using light weights on shoulders because I don't want to reinjure myself. However, I think I am ready to step it up. Any advice you can give me would be appreciated. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

Shelby, you are my goal!! infact i got your photo printed and posted on my cubical wall to look at each and every day. This April 24th i will be in my first competition (Bikini division) and July i am shooting to go for Figure.

You look fantastic. I look at so many of these women who have been where I am now and it motivates me. I used to be fit, but never thought that after marriage and baby this would be me. Any advice that you have for me is greatly appreciated. I am taking in so much from everyone and it really helps.

Hi Shelby! Your pics are amazing! My goal is to compete in figure competition in September. My first posing class is this weekend...getting well prepared so I can practice for months! I got my cinderella shoes. They are killers..seriously! I love it...such an amazing goal to shoot for! Your so inspiring...how long have you been competing?

Thanks for the article - wow - it helped me focuse and I'm doing the right thing - today was my birthday and I did great - clean eating and did not cave for CAKE :I - even being in the house because of the snow - being stuck in the house still did my workout and shoveled - down 4lbs a total of ten in one month...it's not worth going off - pressing forward - not going to fall down... down a total of 14 lbs if you count the body fat % :I love this program... thanks Trish new photo's to be posted sooon.

Shelby, great article!! It is exactly right on-am learning much about nutrition and also about pushing myself every day to exercise and eat right. Can be challenging when waking up early to go to the gym, but always worth it after!

Thanks Shelby I appreciate the support & will definatly let you know if I have any questions. I also know I didn't get the way I currently am over night so I understand that it will take some time. But, I am at that mind set in my life that it is ok & I don't even think about the scale or what ever it maybe. I just focus on my goals & it has been going extremely well. I am taking it a day at a time & never looking back. Thanks my main picture is my son & my neice at Christmas. My son also wanted me to display a couple pictures of him showing off his muscles. He has really been a champ through this & helping me out all the time. Of course he is 11 & love to play sports. However, I do have a picture of my daughter who will be turning 16 next month in my gallery. She is wearing a cop uniform at a Halloween Party. I told her that I am so getting into that outfit this year!! She really doesnt like her picture taken even though she is 5'9 & beautful. So, it makes it hard for me to get family pixs with her in it.
