Hi Tiffany, I just posted my "End of Month 2" progress article and pics. Month 2 certainly brought some challenges: strained shoulder (no chest for 1.5 weeks), strained neck, and foot strain. All of that was with the regular challenges any working professional goes through. Well, I am headed into month 3 which, essentially is my final month because for months 4 - 6 I will be focused on adding muscle and won't post again until right before the contest ends. I've broken down the contest into two parts: 1) get lean and 2) gain muscle and stay lean. So the first 12 weeks (3 months) are most important for me and is essentially my contest time frame. Gaining muscle is a very long and slow process, so the difference between month 3 and 6, in terms of muscle mass won't be very drastic. Let me know when you post your updated pics. Don't forget the newspaper, which acts like a date stamp.

"Ab" solutely! P90X is awesome. Ive lost 10lbs already and it must be working because I feel like someone has beaten me repeatedly with a bar of soap in a towel. Gotta push thru the pain to get to the other side. On top of that I have to shovel another 25 inches of snow off the driveway tomorrow...and its still snowing

hey whats up tiffany? Things are going really good with Micah so far. He's a pretty cool guy. Check out my pictures I posted two of him that are badass. When I'm done with him in June, I plan on looking like my body's version of his past transformations greg and Jared. I'm actually going to columbus, OH in march with micah, diana and james the other trainer at hitch fit, so yeah they are cool people.

Darn scale...I hate it! I'm not sure how well my scale is going to move much this week. I've really pushed it with strength training and pulled back a little on the cardio. I haven't been doing split cardio on my lift days or the days that I have to work at 0400...way to hard to wake up any earlier than I already do! 2 lbs is 2 lbs. keep up the great work! We have a long ways to go...

I heard a quote from Jillian Michaels from BL at lunch and she said "If my body is strong and I feel strong I can be strong in all the other areas of my life" or something close to that...I LOVE THAT! Who know had a strong body would lead to such a strong mind! I need all the strength I can get!

I am doing good so far. I haven't been able to go to the gym so i pulled out my P90x ( or whatever it is called) and started that crazy insane workout. I have been spliting my cardio in to 2 sessions. I cant stand running and have never been a long distance runner. I play soccer so i am always stopping and going. I found that i love love love intervals... I know we can do it. have a great day & TTYS. BTW I love the blond hair....
