Cheat Meal GONE BAD!!

Okay so as many of us are following our meal plans, some of us have one day out of the week where we get a "cheat meal". That being said, I had mine Wednesday night, and let me tell you, I don't think I'll be having anymore cheat meals :(.
As I've said time and time again, I've never been the "healthy" eater, in fact, before I got married, and walked into Max Muscle, I didn't know what healthy food was. So that being said my husband comes home from work saying "man I'm craving pizza, should we have pizza tonight?"' Yes Max Musclers, the pizza got me!! Eating only two slices of pineapple goodness, I have failed myself. Why? I was allowed that cheat meal. Folks, eating pretty clean throughout the week then going off for two slices of pizza ruined my weight! I went up 1 pound AHHH!! I woke up this morning, back at 158, but wow. Two days to burn two slices of pizza off. I did tons of cardio yesterday, and this morning. Screw you mister pizza. I keep thinking, man if I wouldve steared clear, maybe I could be at 157, hell maybe 156 right now, but thats okay. I learned and now its past me. I didn't let it ruin me.
Other than that, everything is working well my way. All of you are looking tremendous!! Each and everyone of you's hardwork is truly showing off. :)
(And yes, I realize I have long toes (size 11 shoe) and un-manicured feet...lol...but that will change soon lol)
