Almost time to pick up some more max muscle supplements. So far I am using Max Pro protein, (boyfriend broke my blender though) Quadra cuts and a liquid vitamin drink that is tropical flavor. Any favorites?

Hey good news, I lost 2lbs. My energy is way up and im feeling motivated to start the week of work outs again. Im able to use upper body weights again and stretching is improving. Im looking into yoga classes at bikram this week, cant wait to get my sweaty stretch on. Thanks for all the helpful advice to get well soon. Im taking it all in

Have you tried incorporation some pilates or yoga into your workout? I have bad back troubles and doing alot of weight training causes my muscles to tighten up. But I have found that incorporation some of the stretching from yoga and pilates helps to create new movement.

Im sticking to the cardio and lots of stretching to work out the kinks. I got a massage on Friday to loosen up my lower back muscles and the lady told me that my back felt crunchy and cheesey! GREAT! I felt like amillion bucks when she finished, but the next day it was back to old lady movements and heating pads. Tomorrow is a new day, so there is hope for healing. Thanks for the support everyone, I hope everyone else is staying on track going into February.

Ok I did the newspaper, and I look worse than i did the first time...maybe it was the spaghetti with turkey meatballs. Wise food decision, lol but I used portion control, so that might help me in the long run. Well, mu back is a bit better today, ive been in an odd stance with my brace on and it felt good to finally take it off to take the pics. kinda! Hopefully I will be full throttle tomorrow, this week is going to be a busy one.

Hey girlie! So sorry to hear about your back. I suffer from lower back issues, so I understand how frustrating it can be. Yes, you will need pics with a current newspaper as your official start date. So I think I missed the newspaper in my 1st set of pics. Im going to have to take new pics with a paper, one month in. Not so bad I guess. Not much of a visual difference, but my endurance and metabolism are through the roof. Im hungry all the time. Threw out my back today, lifting chairs I think. Hopefully it heels soon, I cant stand sedentary.

Weighing in one month from when my pictures were taken. Same weight of 165, but Im feeling more energetic and motivated. Ive been working out daily a minimum of 90minutes at a new health club that I absolutely love love love. I will weigh in again in a few weeks and maybe add a pic or 2
