Grad0204 said.. Awesome Cory... As far as your weight gain is concerned, I went through the same thing last week.. I gained weight, but lost bf% and I'm gaining muscle mass. Like you, I'm seriously working on building the muscles now and then increase my aerobics and kick the fat loss into high gear in the next month or so... you're doing great! As for that inspirational piece - "Classic!" Many of us fall into that trap of insanity, "doing the same thing over and over again - and expecting different results," but for us here on the MM challenge - at least we became sane again and realized we had to make a change to get different results... It's always wonderful to see the positive articles everyone writes... Thanks for this... what a great way to shut down the day!!
