OH MY! That sounds like an awful experience!! Hope your new place isn't too far out of the way from work. But best to get out of that dump. If you ever make it to the big city, Omaha, let me know!!! We don't hold a candle to Denver, but we're up and coming!

Congrats on your move! I sure hope things go well and you like it in Nebraska. I'm 45 minutes east of Lincoln in Bellevue. But all the MM guys who work in the Bellevue store are from Lincoln. Steve Lucchino does all my measurements and he'll be at the Lincoln store every day except Thu and Sun I believe. He's awesome! Chad Case is the owner of all the MM stores in NE and he's out of Lincoln. Keep me updated!!!!

Hi Tracy! The Define is not a MM supplement. MM's brand is called "Delite". They should carry it! It's an awesome appetite suppressant and works great for energy! I take 2 ThermX along with my Define in the am/pm. It's worked great for me. I'm majoring in nursing. I graduate with my Family Nurse Practitioner...ARNP. Very excited to finish...one less thing off my shoulders! It's been a long 3 years along with family, work, training, etc.

I didn't hear about the ThermX being done away with! I bought 6 bottles so that should last me awhile! I tried the ThermXX and liked the other better. I only tried Quad Cuts once. Lots of energy but I might be jittery if I mixed it with my Delite (Define). I have a rigid schedule that I'm back on next week...double training, megasets, bootcamp, cardio kickboxing, and lots more cardio (twice daily). I'm glad that I'm presenting my thesis on Thursday so that I can concentrate more in the gym! It's been a doozey getting it and graduation out of the way...will be a big relief off my shoulders! Also, my daughter is leaving for Job Corps on Tuesday...so preparation for it is just like going into the military! She's very excited though and I'm sure she'll love it! So, I'll definately have more energy and stamina after this week...it's blowing me away! You're doing awesome by the way! Keep up the hard work!

Oh, meant to add some things to Sabrina's blog the other day! I'm also taking the ThermX and Delite...love them and seriously addicted! They're definately a supplement that I'll never give up!

Thanks for the blog...your extra encouragement really meant alot! Hope you have a great bootcamp....I have abs/core tomorrow. I've been sick all week so training has been slow. My body needed a rest! Time to start picking up the pace. Class and trainer...YES!

Tracy - I wasn't too impressed with G.I. either the times I've been there for training. Definitely don't have the things to do like you do in CO. or we do in Omaha!! I wish you luck with whatever you and your hubby decide. The good news is, you can work out anywhere!!

Thanks for the info! I got my program off BB.com so I think I'm good, but like you, no trainer and have to search for someone to spot me or just do it on my own w/ reduced weight. Say, whatever happened with the possibility of moving to G.I.?

Grrr, I just started typing a bunch of stuff on your article and it switched over to the blog page so I think I lost it. Sometimes it takes these pages forever to load! How do you like your BB program so far?? Sounds intriguing. Are you going to be able to rest for 2 weeks? I get antsy after one day! But after than burnout session, you will probably need it. Hey Tracy :) yes, I work at the Max Muscle in Longmont! The thermX is a fat burner and appetite suppressant! Its an awesome addition to any stack and definately gives you a little added energy. I am on the ThermX myself and love the energy that it gives me and who doesn't love a little fat burning?!!? Also, the De-lite is awesome and has several awesome things going on all at once. CLA is in it to help with the mobilization of fat in cells so that can burn them off as energy rather then storing fat. It sounds like you are doing fantastic so keep up the hard work...and always ask questions. With the FBW and EXT you are going to have a workout of a lifetime so stick with those two as consistently as possible :) Hope you feel a little better today!!!

I may have to try the ARM and see if I too feel a difference, I'll at least bring it up tomorrow. I do have a trainer which is very helpful when you're a little unsure of certain movements. That's funny about going to another MM - I probably should feel the same because I ask questions all the time!

You look great - sometimes we are our worst critics! I don't know which is the lesser of the evils; putting your "before" pictures online for everyone to see or putting "gym" pictures online - when you obviously have been working out hard! I'll let you guess what the worse is for me! I have been meaning to ask you about the MM ARM. Do you know what the difference is between that and the Glutamine? I'm going into my MM tomorrow to have my bf and measurements taken and I was going to ask them, but thought I'd ask you first.

Ok, after seeing my pictures of my lunges that I did last night now I am all self conscience again!! Did the same leg workout as last Wed. and I am sore, however I really do think the Max ARM really does work as I am not near as sore as I was last Thur. We will see what happens after kickboxing tonight. I upped the speed that I am walking at to 3.5 and upped the speed I am running at to 5.5. My goal is to get the HR under control this week (it peaked at 175 but then would come right back down) and the run at 6.0 next week. I had to take my pics off since they were all X's anyway and re-add what I have on this computer. Realized anyway that I need a newspaper with the date on it for my pics (or atleast I think I do) so I am going to re take them at lunch. This time I will smile even tho I do not feel like it since I look so awful. Good news on those first pics is I will be able to redeem myself with new and approved pictures!!

My account and pics are messed up too. I don't know why! I'm trying to get an article posted to let everyone know and see if anyone has answers. Oh, I see you answered my question about G.I. below! I just happened to click on your picture on the MM front page. If you answer someone's question, it's best to post on their blog so they can see it right away instead of happening upon it!! I don't know much about GI so I can't help you about where to live or what to do. I'm sure they have small time gangs, nothing like Omaha or Denver!!! That would be hard to leave family like that! I go back and forth on moving to GI. I do not know which side is the good side of town, which side is the bad part of town. Are their gangs? (if we had to live in GI). Are my dogs going to bother people if we have to live in town, what if someone steals one of my dogs.... You know the normal I am scared of change type of thing. Plus my Grandson is here in Colorado and is the cutest lil guy ever, I spend a day with my daughter and grandson every 2 weeks. Then starting a new job.................UGH I hate to start new jobs, that is why I have been where I work now since 1999. But change is good right?? LOL. Kiowa is nestled on the high plains of Colorado South East of Denver about 40 miles. We live about 3.5 miles from Kiowa, I work in Kiowa. My commute is going to the gym in Parker that takes 30 to 35 min one way, not bad in good weather, but bad in slick road conditions.

My PT had me do an all leg workout Wed. night to try to take the lungs out of of the equasion since I have had a cold. We did some yoga to start then got into the squats, lunges with one leg elevated, lunges with weights, then an interval on the treadmill (the only part that made me really use my lungs) of 1 min walk 1 min run for 10 minutes. Then the straight leg dead lifts using 30#' weights then we did a bunch of other leg exercises. Yesterday I kickboxed for an hour and today I can not move. I probably should still hit the treadmill along with the yoga to get my burn in today. But honestly I am thinking about taking the day off from the treadmill as I am so sore. Tomorrow if my husband dosent work I am going to Red Rocks and doing the Red Rocks Fittness which is a 3 hour kick your arse class all outside it looks like a fun time but looks like hard hard work. I want to do it to see how much I can get through so I can set goals for myself to go back and get through more of the class. Or I could kickbox....Depends on the weather!!
