1¼ to 1½ pound whole pork tenderloin, silver skin removed
1 cup Organicville Organic Sesame Teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Place cleaned pork tenderloin in a plastic bag with Sesame Teriyaki sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight. Remove tenderloin from marinade and remove as much marinade as possible from the tenderloin. Reserve marinade.
Preheat the oven to 400 and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with organic canola cooking oil spray. Place tenderloin on baking sheet and roast in oven for about 18 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile place remaining marinade in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until slightly reduced.
Brush tenderloin with marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Slice and serve immediately with brown rice and an organic green vegetable of your choice.
