Ingredients

1 3/4 Cup Water
3/4 Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 Scoop High5/MaxPro Protein
1 Scoop Glutamine
1 T Flaxseed Oil
Agave Nectar
1 t Natural Peanut Butter
1 Piece Costco Milton Bread

Cooking Instructions

1 ¾ cup water brought to boil / add ¾ cup old fashion oatmeal, stir.

Turn down heat let cook for about 5 min. or until consistency desired, be sure to leave enough moisture for 1 scoop vanilla High 5/MaxPro Protein and 1 scoop Glutamine / 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil.

Add 1 small packet of Splenda or better yet, Agave Nectar (all natural sweetener) if desired for additional sweetness
or add 1 heaping tsp of Adams all natural peanut butter or you can add a banana or favorite fruit on top.

1 piece Costco Milton bread w/light layer of brummel & brown margarine and very light layer of Adams all natural
peanut butter on top, (when you chose this option do not have P.B. in oatmeal).

This IS VERY FILLING. Tried it with MaxPro Banana and the taste is terrific - Peanut Butter/Banana. Too full to ad the bread this time, but this one is going to be a staple in my diet for a long time to come. Left by: Rich (25 Feb 2010)
