Ingredients

12 Whole eggs
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 Tbls Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbl Macadalum Nut Oil
1 Scoop Glutamine
1 Scoop Creatine
1 Cup Milk

Cooking Instructions

Blend it up and chug it down.
It's pretty nasty and mixes like cement in your stomach.
Great for muscle gains.
