1 cup of Chocolate Protein ( I have always used Triple Whey - so good)
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon of Hershey's cocoa powder
Optional (I added this on my own - doesn't change the flavor). 5 scoops of Glutamine.
If you decide to add the Glutamine, start out by putting the Protein and glutamine in a bowl. Then mix up, to insure you spread out the Glutamine evenly. Then add all the rest of the items. Place "clean" hand in and start grabbing and squeezing over and over and over. Eventually the peanut butter and honey will come off your hands (well most of it) and mix in. Then roll into balls (whatever portion size you want) I usually make about 15 of them and eat 3 for my meal - which equals one scoop of glutamine per serving. If you want a powdered feel to them, you can toss them in a small amount of your protein powder and it will give them the texture of a powdered donut. Place in frig and enjoy.
