Ingredients

Fresh lemon or lemon juice
Onion; sliced
Minced Garlic
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Cumin
Season Salt (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Line a pan with foil
Place thawed tilipia in pan
Began seasoning tilipia starting with lemon juice, followed with minced garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, then cumin.
(Season both sides to likening)
Once tilipia has been seasoned placed sliced onion on top of the fish.
Cover top of pan with foil and bake fish for 10-12 minutes depending on oven
(Careful not to exceed 12 minutes, anything longer may dry out tilipia.) (May need to adjust time if using any other fish. To ensure fish is done make sure fish is flakely )
