¾ cup canned pumpkin, chilled
½ c. ice cubes
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar (or 1 packet of Splenda)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
1 scoop Max Lean Vanilla, or other protein powder (optional, and not included in nutritional info)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
