What Max Muscle supplements do you take?

I take BCAA's, kre-alkaline, CLA, L-carnitine, Cleanse & Lean, grape flavored Emerge (love it), the  multi-vitamin, and glutamine.
I also get whey protein and the pb2! :)

What is your favorite Max Muscle supplement stack?

I like using Emerge and  kre-alkaline

I like knowing they are the best  quality and everything I need is available in some form of Max Muscle  supplement

What is your daily diet plan like?

My diet plan usually varies with  weeks prior to a show. Mostly I maintain a very clean diet with one cheat meal  a week. Sweet potatoes, veggies, avacados, almonds, and lean protein is the  majority of my diet. Closer to a show, my meal plans are fairly strict  with adjustments to make sure I am ready for competition

What  are your top five training tips for your respective sports? 

Top 5 tips would be: to keep a  clean diet, stay consistent with workouts making sure to hit the weights, don't over or under train, listen  to your body!  Get lots of sleep and stay hydrated

 
How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated mostly by the  way exercise makes me feel. I know it is the best medicine and it is essential  in my well-being. I love the results that come with clean eating and hard work,  it is so rewarding and feels great! There might by a slight competitive edge to  me that also contributes to my motivation ;)

Who inspires you and why?

Lori Harder has been an  inspiration to me not only because she leads a lifestyle filled with health and  fitness, but because she is so ambitious and has an amazing physique!

What does being a part of Team Max mean to you?

Being a part of Team Max is a  wonderful opportunity! I am thrilled! I am wanting to contribute  hard work, positivity, and determination for achievement to this team!

What is your advice to others who aspire to be like you?

The most important piece of  advice I could give is to envision your goals, create the picture in your mind  of what you are wanting to achieve, and work towards bringing it to reality.

What is your favorite body part to train and favorite exercise?

I like hitting hamstrings and glutes! Some of my favorite exercises are stiff-legged dead lifts and squats of  any kind!

Favorite cheat meal?

jalapeno burger with sweet potato fries at Red Robin!

What  is your training routine like each week?

I like to keep my training  routine creative, always mixing up different types of workouts such as TRX  suspension, Kettlebell, HIIT, weights, track sprints etc...I like to keep my  body guessing!

What is your competition history?

2011 Oregon Iroman - 1st place  5'6" and under bikini and Overall Champion
2011 Washington Ironman - 1st  place 5'6" and under bikini
2011 Seven Feathers Classic -  1st place 5'6" and under bikini and Overall Champion
2012 Emerald Cup - 3rd place  5'6" and under bikini

When did you get involved in your sport and how long have you been in it?

My first competition was the  2011 Oregon Ironman I have been prepping for competitions for about 18 months.

What is your most notable achievement?

My most notable achievement  would be my very first competition and overall win at the 2011 Oregon Ironman,  that is when I came to the realization that anything is possible!
