This 5' foot 95 pound dynamo burst onto the IFBB stages across the country exhibiting nearly perfect symmetry and balance. Max Muscle Sports Nutrition has been a major part of her growth from the intense conditioning that is required for IFBB Pro Bikini, to the arena in which she commands respect, IFBB Pro Bikini where she recently took top honors at the IFBB Houston Pro.
Christina's isn't just a case of 'the right genes' as throughout her journey she's been battling a heart condition, she has Neuro Cardiogenic Syndrome which brings low blood sugar, low heart rate, and low glucose into every waking day.
"At 8% body fat, my IFBB Pro Figure training was too intense on my body, so I switched to IFBB Pro Bikini." said Vargas from her Las Vegas kitchen. "I simply love to cook so Bikini, my heart condition and the things I must do to maintain normalcy all seemed to revolve around what I eat and how my body processes it."

Nothing really outside the IFBB League, if so I forgot been so consumed in competing don't really have any other titles. I won Miss Maxim Boston in 2005. I was the top 25 hottest Bartenders in Boston too, in Barstools Magazine 2005. Then I got serious!

| What does being a part of Team Max mean to you? | It means the world I now have a team the supports me and it feels great. Always so nice gives me great advice and there now considered part of a family I never had. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| What is your favorite quote? | To be honest I don't really have one. I like a new quote everyday, but I have a favorite prayer. It is the Foot Step prayer and it brings me joy and comfort every time I read it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| What is your advice to others who aspire to be like you? | Be true to yourself and make sure you do everything for you. When you live your life making sure your happy and your not trying to make others happy by trying to be something your not. You make others happy by just being yourself. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| What is your favorite body part to train and favorite exercise? | I want to say glutes and the butt blaster however I secretly love doing shoulder side laterals. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| What is your training routine like each week? | I train 6 days a week and rest on Sunday. Cardio everyday except Sunday and weights 4 times. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| What is your most notable achievement? | My biggest achievement is making it in Bikini Olympia and placing 13th as well winning my first Pro Show at the Houston Pro this year qualifying me for next years Bikini Olympia. |
You can see she takes all this very seriously. Her true love lies in Nutrition where she is studying to become a Certified Nutritionist. The research and materials she was reading led her to intense label-reading because, as Christina states it, "I hate boring crappy proteins!" When she first tasted MaxPro Protein, "The search was over!".
Along with supplementation, Vargas' avid love of cooking along with her meal-planning, has lead to a documentation of hundreds of recipes she's developed to stay in this incredible shape that continues to improve as her skills, workouts, supplementation and targeted muscle groups increases.
