Healthy Halloween Treats

Here’s a recipe for a quick and easy healthy treat that’s low in fat and tastes great:

Ingredients:
2 cups of Campfire Rainbows marshmallows
3 cups of Henry’s all-natural puffed rice
2 tbsp. of "I can’t believe not butter"
4 tbsp. of Suspire unsweetened carob chips

Recipe:
Take 2 tablespoons of "I can’t believe it’s not butter" and melt in saucepan.
Add 2 cups of marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add 4 tablespoons of carob chips and combine with marshmallow until everything is melted
Add 3 cups of puffed rice until everything is evenly combined
Spread all ingredients in a 6 x 6 baking pan. Wait until cooled and cut into 9 pieces (serves 9)
Wrap in plastic wrap if handing out as a Halloween treat
