No, but we do offer subscription services. At check out, you can select any product(s) as a one-time purchase or select our Subscribe & Save option to receive your favorite products on a consistent basis. However, there are no minimum order requirements or membership fees. Max Muscle Nutrition has a wide variety of solutions to meet your individual goals. You can try as many products as you like without minimums or restrictions.

Creating a Max Muscle Nutrition account is easy. Simply Create an account using your email address, and create a password. By logging into your account when you purchase, it allows you to track your order status and purchase history.

On all our products, we print the MFG or manufacturing date on the bag/container. This date represents when the product was produced. Currently, all our products have a guaranteed shelf life of 2 years. So, the best time to consume the product you received is within 2 years from the printed MFG date. Subscriptions

When you order from our website and select a product, there is a button right above the red “ADD TO CART” button that states “SUBSCRIBE & SAVE (10%): $XX.XX” and gives the new reduced price. When you click on this button, a red check mark will appear within the green Subscribe & Save box and you are able to select a “deliver every” option of 30, 45, or 60 Days.

This automatically enrolls you into our subscription program so you can receive your favorite products on a regular schedule without the hassle of reordering your products manually.

The major benefit to this program is that you can set up a schedule for when you want to receive the products you use regularly without having to worry about going online and manually placing the order. This helps you stay on track, stay committed, and stay efficient when it comes to reaching your goals. Consistency is key when it
comes to results, so consistently using your supplements to optimize your health is a surefire way to reach your goals. Another benefit to the subscription is that there is an automatic 10% discount applied to your order, every time!

You can modify your subscription at any time. To do this, start by logging into your account. Navigate to the "Subscription" tab and select the “manage subscription” button next to your active subscription. There you can find the “Order Now” button which will expedite your subscription, the “Skip Shipment” button which will delay your order to the next scheduled shipment, or the "Cancel Subscription" button (below the email box) which will cancel your shipments going forward. If you have multiple active subscription lines, you will need to repeat this process for each active subscription line.

Returns & Shipping Policy

We love our products and hope you feel the same. But, if you are not fully satisfied with an item you purchased from maxmuscle.com, you may return the item within 30 days from the purchase date.
The item must be returned unused/unopened, in good condition, and in original packaging. Please contact our Customer Service for further instruction.

Depending on what you are experiencing, details must be provided for a refund minus shipping, handling, or other charges as applicable. (e.g. photographs of your order as you received it, if applicable) *The right of refusal can be maintained if abuse of policy is determined.

All orders placed on maxmuscle.com are shipped via UPS. 

Shipping times are estimates provided by UPS and cannot be guaranteed by Max Muscle Nutrition. 

Adverse weather conditions may lead to shipping delays. We do everything in our power to avoid this, but if it does happen we will notify you via email.

Sign in to your Max Muscle Nutrition account and select My Orders. Here you will see the status of your order. To check the shipping status, use the UPS tracking number provided in your fulfillment confirmation email.

There can be several reasons your discount code does not work. The most common reason is due to discount stacking violations. For example, if you would like to Subscribe & Save with us or are already subscribed and receive your order on a monthly basis, the subscription automatically applies a 10% discount which voids any other discounts. Our promotional discount codes are specifically created to be used for one-time purchases only.

Unfortunately, our website does not allow the stacking of multiple discount codes on a single order. Only one discount code can be applied to an order at a time.

In most cases, discount codes cannot be combined with other ongoing sales or promotions. If a sale or promotion is already applied to an item, you cannot use a discount code on top of that.

Our website only allows one discount code to be applied per order, regardless of the number of items in the cart. This means that if you have multiple items in your cart, you will only be able to apply one discount code to the entire order.

Our website offers free shipping for orders over a certain amount. However, if you use a discount code on your order, the free shipping offer may not apply. This is because some discount codes may already include a discount on shipping costs.
